Next 22nd June, the Circular Economy Foundation is organizing this event in Madrid aimed at proving, in collaboration with some Spanish local administrations, how it is possible to apply good local policies for material resources, products and waste management, which will increase social participation, reuse and material recycle rates. It is also aimed at proving that it is possible to apply a coherent and transparent taxation, according to the environmental objectives, and focused on encouraging citizen and small businesses’ collaboration instead of penalising those who contribute adequately to the waste management services provided by the local administration.

The Circular Economy Foundation is a Spanish private non-profit working in areas related to circular economy, sustainability, resource use and environment. Is currently the undisputed leader in the knowledge of these sectors, extending the work of environmental excellence to Spain and Portugal, Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, Latin America and the island territories of the planet.
